Position Summary:

This is a critical and strategic role in the success of our product portfolio.  You will be responsible for developing analyses and recommendations to help the team make better data driven decisions, designing experiments to increase engagement and retention, leveraging data findings in communications both within the product team and across the organization as well as to our customers in app.  The ideal candidate will be proficient with data analytics, a track record of cross-team collaboration and have worked in a product or quantitative analytics role.

What You Will Do:

  • Analyze, monitor and inform product KPIs and track performance over time 

  • Drive first time adoption of features 

  • Lead user data insights via Pendo and other available tools to inform high potential areas to improve the user experience and make sure that we're providing a platform that our users love 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute tests to validate our hypotheses, craft customer surveys and in-app messaging to enable commercial success 

What You Will Need:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of experience working in a product or quantitative analytics role; digital marketing experience a plus 

  • Experience improving data insights, generating analytics and supporting product strategy 

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Highly innovative problem solver: possessing strong interpersonal, multi-tasking, organizational, and project planning skills, and demonstrating ability to meet aggressive deadlines 

  • Naturally curious and proactive in learning 

  • Ability to develop quantitative analysis, ad-hoc reports and models to derive meaning from raw data in order to deliver actionable insights and influence product decisions and direction 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds

  • Each team member is required to have a career plan in place and reviewed with their manager after six months with our team.

  • The starting pay range for this role is $85,000+.

  • Pay progression is based on performance.
