As Counsel and member of our Legal Team, you will partner with our Sales and Finance teams and work closely with our customers and prospective customers, delivering outstanding legal services on our integrated risk and compliance platforms.  Your work will directly influence our revenue achievement and the overall positive experience we insist our customers have with us as an organisation.

What you’ll do:

  • Create, review and distribute contracts and associated modifications

  • Negotiate various contractual provisions

  • Research and analyse contract provisions and draft conclusions, as needed

  • Identify patterns, trends and suggest process improvements

  • Draft and send customer communications and notices

What you’ll need:

  • A law degree and relevant legal qualifications and license to practise Law in the UK

  • 2+ years’ PQE as a practicing lawyer; general legal experience with an interest in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts

  • A proven track record of effectively planning and organising projects within tight deadlines

  • The ability and desire to establish and maintain effective business relationships

  • Strong organisational, problem solving and troubleshooting skills

  • The ability to work independently and as a team member to support departmental goals

  • Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instils trust
