The winners of this award will demonstrate exceptional ability to empower the employee experience and drive continued compliance with regulations and policies, while providing insight into the meaningful and measurable impact their program has on corporate culture. Indicators of a mature program may include streamlined employee onboarding and ongoing compliance, effective training and policies, empowering speak up tools, and efficient incident case management.

Integrated Risk Management

The winners of this award will demonstrate exceptional ability to bring visibility to and holistically manage operational, IT, and third-party risks across the organization, enabling appropriate decision-making, and driving a risk-aware culture. Indicators of a mature program may include ensuring supply chain integrity, collecting a complete view of your vendor risk, deploying business continuity management, and collecting data to minimize threats and risk impacts.

Q: When will nominations be open?

Nominations open May 2, 2023, and will close July 12, 2023.

Q: What should I include in my nomination?

Q: Who is qualified to nominate?

All current NAVEX customers are welcome to nominate their organization.

Q: If my organization was nominated last year, can it be nominated again this year?

Yes. Organizations that were nominated, a finalist, or won in previous years can nominate again. If your organization previously won, we recommend applying for another category.

Q: Can I nominate my organization for more than one category?

For the best results, we recommend choosing one category. If you would like to nominate your organization for both E&C and IRM categories, we suggest the GRC Program of the Year category that is comprehensive of both E&C and IRM.

Q: What should I expect after submitting my nomination?

After submitting your nomination, you will receive a confirmation email with further details on the next steps – including, but not limited to, the timing and manner of finalist and winner announcements.

Q: I submitted my nomination, but forgot to include something. Can I send it to someone at NAVEX?
