LIVE WEBINAR:

Establishing a Compliant Global Whistleblowing System for Japanese Organisations

A practical guide to the new Japanese WPA regulations from Baker McKenzie Tokyo and NAVEX

Japan is following the footsteps of several jurisdictions globally by creating new legislative requirements aimed at increasing the protection of whistleblowers. From June, amendments to the Japan Whistleblowing Protection Act (WPA) will mean big changes for organisations operating in Japan who will be obligated to establish an internal whistleblowing system. The new guidelines require organisations not only to properly respond to whistleblowing reports received through their reporting system but also to protect all those who report a concern from retaliation.

This webinar will be held in local language (Japanese), with a section in English. Professional live audio translation from Japanese to English and English to Japanese will be available during the webinar.
