Kim Blue, VP People Experience at Zoom, will share her thoughts on how successful companies build strong, productive cultures in this time of rapid change. Kim will then be joined by Cindy Raz, Senior Vice President, HR & Organization Development at NAVEX to discuss what some organizations are doing now and how they can get ready for what’s next.

Opening Keynote with Adam Grant: Building Resiliency by Thinking Again

Recognized by Forbes as one of the world’s most influential business thinkers today, Adam Grant encourages all of us to “think again” as we try to meet new challenges with old methods. This is an invitation to embrace an approach where mental flexibility and curiosity guide your thinking as much as long-held convictions. Adam’s address will be followed by a lively conversation with Carrie Penman, NAVEX’s chief risk and compliance officer. They’ll discuss how to apply re-thinking to risk management and the building of a workplace culture that will make your organization more resilient and successful.
