Throughout his tenure, Joe has consistently exceeded customer expectations and held a variety of leadership roles within the Professional Services organization. He is currently responsible for driving the strategic direction and overall performance of the department. His previous engagements have spanned multiple industries and have included leadership responsibilities on numerous engagements for Fortune 100 and 500 NAVEX customers. Joe’s deep expertise in the NAVEX One Platform, coupled with his consulting acumen and strong relationship management skills allow his team to be the trusted advisor for their Compliance Management solutions and form trusted partnerships with NAVEX’s customers. Joe has a proven track record of building high-performing teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and implementing scalable processes to optimize service delivery and customer satisfaction. His leadership continues to play a pivotal role in elevating the impact and success of NAVEX’s Professional Services.
