Informal reporting processes can leave concerns unresolved

Growing businesses often receive workplace concerns through managers, HR conversations, shared inboxes or spreadsheets. Without one consistent intake and case management process, reports can be difficult to route, investigate and close - and leadership may not have a reliable view of recurring issues.

NAVEX Whistleblowing & Incident Management for SMBs brings reporting and incident management into one secure system. Employees can raise concerns through trusted channels, while administrators use repeatable workflows to document actions, protect sensitive information, and maintain a clear record from intake through resolution.

During this session, you’ll see how NAVEX One EthicsPoint can help your organization:

  • Offer employees a secure, accessible way to report concerns
  • Capture reports consistently and route them to the right owner
  • Track case activity, deadlines, follow-up and outcomes
  • Protect confidentiality with role-based access
  • Use reporting and analytics to identify trends and demonstrate follow-through

Build a reporting process employees can trust

Employees are more likely to raise concerns when they understand how to report and believe their information will be handled carefully. A clear intake experience is the first step toward a stronger speak-up culture.

During the live walkthrough, you’ll see how NAVEX One EthicsPoint supports secure reporting and gives authorized team members a consistent place to review, assign and follow up on each concern.

Move from individual cases to a clearer view of risk

Resolving one report matters. Understanding what reports collectively reveal can help your organization prevent the next issue.

NAVEX One EthicsPoint  organizes case details, activity and outcomes so your team can identify patterns across issue types, locations or departments. Built-in reporting helps leadership understand program activity and shows that concerns receive consistent follow-through.
