About Aderco

Aderco is an international chemical company operating across multiple continents. With the creation of the Legal & Compliance Manager role, the company took a structured step toward strengthening its ethics and compliance framework.

Challenge

Before NAVEX, Aderco had no dedicated reporting system.

Concerns were expected to be raised through direct management under an anti-harassment policy, an approach not suitable for all sensitive situations.
