Business – and the workplace – is better when equal opportunities for growth and success are available to everyone. Diversity, equity and inclusion training helps employees understand that these aren’t just passing trends, but important concepts that create a fair and professional workplace.

This Diversity, Equity & Inclusion course provides definitions for these important terms as well as best practices for fostering them in the workplace. Learners will be led through discussions of biases, microinequities and strategies for speaking up in the face of injustice, instead of being indifferent. An optional manager module features coverage about creating and upholding a culture of respect, inclusion and equity and gives tips for overcoming bias and handling high-risk situations.
