Roger Akers is NAVEX’s Chief Transformation Officer, responsible for shaping and executing the company’s transformation agenda across global operations. In this role, he drives strategic initiatives that elevate customer experience, modernize systems and processes, and strengthen NAVEX’s operational scalability and global service delivery.

Roger brings nearly three decades of leadership experience in strategy, global operations, and transformation. His background spans the United States, Europe, Central and South America, Africa and includes more than 20 years of international experience in India and the Philippines, where he launched and operated large-scale service centers.  His career reflects a consistent focus on customer-driven innovation, operational excellence and global workforce development.

Roger holds a degree in business administration from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder.
