Raj Sethuraman

Raj Sethuraman is the Chief Product & Technology Officer at NAVEX, where he leads the company’s Product Management, Product Engineering and Technology organizations. In this capacity, Raj is responsible for shaping NAVEX’s product strategy, driving platform innovation, and aligning product and engineering execution to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions that help organizations worldwide manage risk, compliance, and ethics more effectively.

Raj brings more than two decades of experience building and leading global technology and product organizations across enterprise software. Prior to joining NAVEX, he served as President and Chief Product & Technology Officer at Finvi, and has held senior leadership roles at Intuit, Wolters Kluwer (GRC Business), UnitedHealth Group, Agilent Technologies and Entertainment Partners.

Raj is an alumnus of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program. He earned his MBA from the University of Southern California, a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from SJCE, Mysore, India, and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Instrumentation from Annamalai University.
