Jon Campo

Jon Campo is Chief Financial Officer at NAVEX, where he leads the company’s global finance organization, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury, procurement, and financial operations. In this role, he is responsible for driving NAVEX’s financial strategy, ensuring operational rigor, and supporting the company’s continued growth and value creation.  

Jon brings more than 20 years of experience across software and SaaS organizations, with a background spanning Big Four public accounting and private equity–backed environments. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), he has a proven track record of leading corporate finance, technical accounting, and global financial operations, and serves as a trusted advisor to NAVEX’s Board of Directors and executive leadership team.  

His expertise includes financial reporting and consolidation, capital markets, buy- and sell-side M&A, SaaS metrics and pricing strategy, FinOps, FP&A, tax, treasury, and procurement. Jon is known for combining deep technical expertise with a strategic perspective—helping leadership teams and investors make informed decisions, accelerate growth and maximize enterprise value.  

Based in Portland, Oregon, Jon partners closely with leaders across the organization to strengthen NAVEX’s financial foundation, enhance performance and position the company for long-term success.
