Aniruddh Mukhopadhaya

Aniruddh Mukhopadhaya is Chief Strategy Officer at NAVEX, where he leads the company’s strategic agenda and organizational transformation as NAVEX continues to strengthen its position as a global leader in integrated risk and compliance software.  

Aniruddh brings deep experience scaling global software and technology businesses. Prior to NAVEX, he served in dual roles as SVP of Operations and SVP of Strategy at Gupshup. As a member of the core leadership team, he led strategy and multiple business functions, including customer success, customer support, sales operations, financial operations and investor relations. He helped drive growth across Latin America, India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa.  

Earlier in his career, Aniruddh spent a decade at Bain & Company, advising multinational corporations and private equity firms on growth strategy, transformation and value creation initiatives. He is also an active early-stage investor in emerging technology startups.  

Aniruddh holds an MBA from London Business School and a BA in Economics from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai.
