He has advised clients worldwide on establishing strong compliance programs to prevent issues before they arise. His insights have shaped national policy, including testimony before the U.S. Senate on effective compliance programs and a leadership role on the U.S. Department of Labor’s Whistleblower Protection Advisory Committee.
