National accolade comes on the heels of being named a Top Workplace in the Technology Industry, and in the Charlotte and Portland, Ore metro areas

PORTLAND, Ore.— March 20, 2024— NAVEX, the global leader in integrated risk and compliance management software, today announced the company has been honored as a USA Top Workplace 2024 by USA Today. This recognition follows NAVEX being named a 2023 Oregon Top Workplace by the Portland Oregonian and a 2023 Charlotte Metro Area Top Workplace by the Charlotte Observer, home of its two US-hub offices. 

Top Workplace designation is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a survey administered by Energage LLC., an employee engagement technology and analytics company. The anonymous survey measures 15 unique culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization – including alignment, execution, and employee connection.

In addition to the Top Workplaces honor, Energage recognized NAVEX for cultural excellence in eight areas, including: Innovation, Employee Well-Being, Employee Appreciation, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Work-Life Flexibility, Leadership, Purpose & Value and Professional Development. The honor also follows NAVEX being named a 2023 Top Workplace in the technology industry earlier this year.
