The Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations plays a critical role in driving strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and cross-functional execution across the organization. This role partners closely with executive leadership to solve complex business challenges, improve organizational effectiveness, and accelerate execution against company priorities.

What you’ll do:
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional programs with clear timelines, deliverables, and success metrics
- Design scalable processes and workflows that improve efficiency, visibility, and business performance
- Facilitate alignment across teams and ensure strategic initiatives remain on track
- Partner with executive leadership to evaluate growth opportunities, operational improvements, and organizational priorities
- Develop executive-ready recommendations, business cases, and strategic presentations for senior leadership and Board stakeholders
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business performance assessments to inform strategic decision-making
- Support development of mid- and long-term strategic plans across products, markets, customer segments, and business functions
- Prepare leadership communications, updates, and materials for executive meetings and stakeholder engagements
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation tools to improve operational efficiency and team productivity
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend practical applications across business functions
- Support deployment and adoption of AI-enabled workflows and scalable business solutions
What you’ll bring:
- 6+ years of experience in MBB or top-tier strategy boutique background
- Experience in SaaS, technology or high-growth environments is preferred
- Experience supporting executive leadership teams and enterprise transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools, workflow automation, and business intelligence platforms
- Comfortable operating with significant autonomy in low-structured environments
