As the Regulatory Intelligence Manager, you will analyze and keep track of regulatory developments with a focus on positioning NAVEX and its products and services to meet the dynamic changes of global regulations.
You will be a thought leader and industry advocate for compliance and risk solutions for new and emerging growth markets for NAVEX. You will be a strong advocate for sales and collaborate with Product Marketing team members as needed on enablement and marketing assets to drive pipeline and bookings.
As a key member of the international leadership team, you will also support our International Managing Director on strategic market initiatives.

What you’ll do:
Develop and manage processes for tracking GRC-related regulations in key global and U.S. markets, leveraging input from legal, customers, partners, and third-party intelligence
Collaborate with Legal and internal teams to shape NAVEX’s regulatory positioning and ensure insights support sales, service, and product workflows
Provide strategic guidance to leadership and product teams on emerging regulations and their implications for market and product strategy
Partner with Product Marketing to craft messaging and positioning for NAVEX solutions tied to major global regulations (e.g., EU Whistleblower, CSRD)
Contribute to demand generation efforts through campaign development and regulatory-focused smart plays
Support sales and partner teams by offering regulatory expertise in customer meetings and developing training and enablement materials
Create and promote thought leadership content, including blog posts, and represent NAVEX at industry events, webinars, and speaking engagements
What you’ll need:
5+ years of experience in a paralegal role, regulatory affairs or regulatory intelligence role
Knowledge of GRC-related regulations, US and EU geographies preferred
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about product-related regulations across various geographies and verticals
Excellent research, analysis and interpretation skills, with the ability to discern high-quality information
A proven track record of demonstrating sound judgment, critical thinking, and attention to detail
Self-motivated with effective organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and maintain good judgment in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build strong, trusted and effective relationships with stakeholders and customers
Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instills trust

The starting pay range for this role is $105,000+ per annum with 5% MBO.
