Creating a respectful and inclusive workplace isn’t just a moral imperative. It’s also a legal one.

In this free webinar, we’ll cover major global anti-harassment and discrimination legislation – and show you how you can train your people on exactly what they need to know.

We’ll also highlight specific global anti-harassment and discrimination compliance regulations, including those in:

  • Australia – Fair Work Act 2009, “Respect at Work” reforms and commonwealth anti-discrimination legislation
  • Finland – Non-Discrimination Act, the Equality Act, and the Occupational Safety and Health Act
  • France – French Labor Code
  • Germany – General Equal Treatment Act
  • Norway – Equality and Anti-Discrimination Act and the Working Environment Act
  • Sweden – Discrimination Act
  • The U.K. – Equality Act 2010 and its recent amendment, the Worker Protection Act 2023

We’ll also discuss the importance of customized training to fit your unique company culture and needs – because one-size training doesn’t fit every structure.
