About this White Paper & eBook

The EU member states, including France, had a deadline of December 17, 2021, to transpose the EU Whistleblower Protection Directive into national law. France, unlike many of its European counterparts, already has established whistleblowing laws in place under Loi Sapin II, which will need to be updated to reflect the new Directive. French organisations with more than 250 employees will be required to comply with the updated rules by the end of 2021. This article summarises the main differences between Loi Sapin II and the EU Directive, and what preparations organisations should be making now.
