Raj Sethuraman is the President and Chief Product & Technology Officer at NAVEX, where he leads the company’s Product Management, Product Engineering and Technology organizations. In this capacity, Raj is responsible for shaping NAVEX’s product strategy, driving platform innovation, and aligning product and engineering execution to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions that help organizations worldwide manage risk, compliance, and ethics more effectively.

Raj brings more than two decades of experience building and leading global technology and product organizations across enterprise software. Prior to joining NAVEX, he served as President and Chief Product & Technology Officer at Finvi, and has held senior leadership roles at Intuit, Wolters Kluwer (GRC Business), UnitedHealth Group, Agilent Technologies and Entertainment Partners.

Raj is an alumnus of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program. He earned his MBA from the University of Southern California, a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from SJCE, Mysore, India, and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Instrumentation from Annamalai University.

Kara, the Sr. Director of Product Marketing for the NAVEX One Platform, strives every day to leverage her expertise to translate the NAVEX value and show how we solve the day-to-day challenges of our customers. With over 20 years of marketing experience, she has continued to bring to market software and features aimed at improving user and employee experiences when performing risk and compliance tasks. She endeavors to help customers understand how NAVEX can assist them in achieving regulatory and cultural objectives by developing comprehensive marketing strategies that highlight what makes NAVEX products truly different. 

Before joining NAVEX, Kara refined her skills as both a competitive and product marketing manager at companies such as Xerox and Kodak Alaris, concentrating on digital transformation and artificial intelligence and increasing her knowledge in these innovative fields. She holds a master’s degree in marketing and is passionate about empowering companies to develop innovative software platforms that effectively address their customers’ most challenging needs. Leveraging her profound knowledge of technology, she is dedicated to crafting engaging and persuasive narratives that resonate deeply with customers’ needs and desires.

Josh Pifer has been a Solutions Engineer at NAVEX for two years. As a Solutions Engineer, Josh leverages his expertise to drive client success through innovative compliance and ethics solutions. With a passion for problem-solving and a deep understanding of regulatory landscapes, Josh collaborates closely with organizations to implement tailored solutions that mitigate risk and foster ethical cultures. Since graduating from Pennsylvania Western University at California with a Bachelor of Science, Josh resides in Pittsburgh PA. You will find most of his weekends spent cheering on the Steelers and Penn State, and playing golf.

Arpan Sheth is Chief Executive Officer of NAVEX, where he leads the company’s strategy, growth, and innovation as it advances its position as a global leader in integrated risk and compliance software.

Arpan brings more than 25 years of experience advising and partnering with global enterprises on growth strategy, digital transformation, and operational excellence. Prior to joining NAVEX, he was a senior leader at Bain & Company, where he led the firm’s global Innovation & Design practice and worked extensively with technology, software, and services companies to accelerate growth and execute complex transformations. 

During his tenure at Bain, Arpan held leadership roles across the firm’s New York, Sydney, and India offices and worked closely with corporate leaders, private equity investors, and digital-native companies across the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.  He has deep expertise in building and scaling digital capabilities, improving go-to-market performance, and translating strategy into measurable business outcomes.

In addition to his client work, Arpan has served on Bain’s board of directors and has been actively involved in the global innovation ecosystem as an advisor to a range of technology and nonprofit organizations. 

Arpan holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
