Kevin Haugh

As Chief Product Officer at NAVEX, Kevin Haugh leads the company’s global product strategy, working to build innovative solutions that help organizations stay ahead of risk and compliance challenges. He brings more than three decades of experience leading product, strategy, and transformation efforts across a wide range of enterprise software companies and sectors.  

Before joining NAVEX, Kevin was Chief Product Officer at Frontline Education, where he played a key role in the company’s growth and successful acquisition. He’s also held senior executive roles at Omnitracs, Roadnet Technologies, and Metastorm, where his teams consistently delivered high performing product portfolios and were recognized as market leaders by Gartner and Forrester.  

Kevin is passionate about building high-performing teams, shaping category-defining products, and helping customers solve real-world problems. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Vanderbilt University.
