NAVEX Leadership Team

Harsh Nanda is a Partner and Head of Technology Private Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives, where he leads investments in high-growth software and technology-enabled businesses.

He joined Goldman Sachs in 2007 and was named Managing Director in 2015. Earlier in his career, Harsh worked in the firm’s Investment Banking Division, advising on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance transactions within the healthcare sector. Prior to Goldman Sachs, he held engineering and research roles at Microsoft and Microsoft Research.

Harsh currently serves on the boards of NAVEX, CarltonOne, Apexon, Omega Healthcare, and CPrime. He previously held board seats at Trader Interactive, Slickdeals, BPL Medical Technologies, Digital Management, Inc., and Qmetry.

He holds a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, and an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University, where he received the Dean’s Award for academic achievement.

F. Mark Fariborz is a Partner at BC Partners and Co-Head of Technology for North America. He also serves as a rotating member of the firm’s Private Equity Investment Committee.

Since joining BC Partners in 2011, Mark has led investments across the technology sector, including NAVEX, EAB, and Accudyne, and works closely with management teams to drive growth and operational performance.

Prior to BC Partners, Mark was with Hellman & Friedman and The Carlyle Group, where he focused on private equity investments.

He holds an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics, magna cum laude, from Harvard College.

Joon (Joonsung) Park is a Managing Director in Private Equity within Goldman Sachs Asset Management, leading investing activities across software and data sectors in North America.

Since joining Goldman Sachs in 2012, Joon has led and supported numerous technology investments and serves on the Board of Directors at Fortress Information Security, iSpot.tv, and Madhive. He previously served on the Board of Directors at Safe-Guard Products International, Trader Interactive and Financeit.

Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Joon worked in the investment banking division at Citigroup.

Joon holds a Bachelor of Arts from the College of Arts and Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Economics, magna cum laude, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Shvetank Shah is an experienced executive and board leader with more than 30 years of experience in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), private equity advisory and enterprise transformation.

He currently serves as Chairman of the Board at Beckway, and previously served as Chief Executive Officer of ACA Group, where he led the company through a period of significant growth, including multiple acquisitions and operational expansion. He has also advised leading private equity firms on value creation strategies and operational improvement initiatives.

Earlier in his career, Shvetank held senior leadership roles at Gartner and CEB, leading the GRC, IT, Finance, Strategy & Innovation, Supply Chain, and Technology Vendor practices.

He holds an MS in Management and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University.

Arpan Sheth is Chief Executive Officer of NAVEX, where he leads the company’s strategy, growth, and innovation as it advances its position as a global leader in integrated risk and compliance software.

Arpan brings more than 25 years of experience advising and partnering with global enterprises on growth strategy, digital transformation, and operational excellence. Prior to joining NAVEX, he was a senior leader at Bain & Company, where he led the firm’s global Innovation & Design practice and worked extensively with technology, software, and services companies to accelerate growth and execute complex transformations. 

During his tenure at Bain, Arpan held leadership roles across the firm’s New York, Sydney, and India offices and worked closely with corporate leaders, private equity investors, and digital-native companies across the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.  He has deep expertise in building and scaling digital capabilities, improving go-to-market performance, and translating strategy into measurable business outcomes.

In addition to his client work, Arpan has served on Bain’s board of directors and has been actively involved in the global innovation ecosystem as an advisor to a range of technology and nonprofit organizations. 

Arpan holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
