Paul Hockley

Paul is Arup’s first Global Head of Ethics & Compliance, responsible for developing a new global function to manage and oversee Ethics & Compliance across the firm. A lawyer by background, Paul practised as a solicitor for 25 years and is also a former Army Officer. He has held senior Ethics & Compliance roles at Serco, Centrica and Mott MacDonald, where he was the organisation’s first Chief Compliance Officer. Most recently, Paul held a leadership role in BDO’s Ethics & Compliance Advisory practice before joining Arup.
