Jeremy Hui

Jeremy leads AI product management and development at NAVEX, bringing more than 25 years of product management and technical experience across AI, analytics, SaaS, and platform strategy. He focuses on turning emerging technologies into practical, scalable product capabilities that support business and customer needs. Prior to NAVEX, Jeremy served as Director of AI Product at Brightside, where he guided AI product strategy for its AI-native financial care platform. Earlier in his career, he spent more than 16 years at Comcast, leading product strategy and execution for SaaS, predictive intelligence, and digital + voice assistants.
