TOKYO, Japan - July 11, 2025 - NAVEX, the global leader in integrated risk and compliance management software, today announced Nick Mitsuya as Japan Country Manager. He will lead business growth, strategic planning, and go-to-market localisation efforts.
Mitsuya will partner with the cross-functional teams to drive focus, brand awareness, and revenue growth in Japan. The Asia-Pacific region (APJ) is a key priority for NAVEX as the company has seen significant demand for governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) expertise and solutions by local businesses.

He brings over 25 years of leadership experience in the high-tech industry with a strong emphasis on sales, commercial execution, and business growth in Japan. Mitsuya holds a degree in Economics from Ritsumeikan University, Kyoto.
Prior to joining NAVEX, he served as Country Manager at Strategy (formerly known as MicroStrategy) Japan, leading the sales, renewals, and marketing teams. Mitsuya began his career at Keyence and has since held various senior positions at companies such as PTC, IBM, and others. He also served as Executive Officer at DocuSign Japan, where he led the enterprise sales organisation.
