LONDON, UK — January 7, 2026 — NAVEX, the global leader in integrated risk and compliance management software, has appointed Joe Stubbs as UK Country Manager. In this high-impact leadership role, he will lead business growth, strategic planning, and localization efforts in the region.
Stubbs boasts 20 years’ experience in revenue-driving roles and more than a decade leading and scaling teams across the SaaS industry. Before joining NAVEX, he was pivotal in achieving sustained year-on-year growth and strengthening the multi-segment go-to-market engine of Cognism, a leading B2B data provider. In addition, Stubbs has held senior positions at Ceros, Adestra, and Data & Marketing Association UK.
