Earning Recognition in Eight Cultural Excellence Award Categories

Top Workplaces are named based exclusively on employee input collected via a third-party survey conducted by Energage LLC, a technology partner specializing in employee engagement. This confidential survey assesses 15 distinct cultural factors pivotal to an organization’s success, encompassing elements such as alignment, execution, and employee rapport.

Energage also recognized NAVEX with eight awards for cultural excellence, including Innovation, Employee Well-Being, Employee Appreciation, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Work-Life Flexibility, Leadership, Purpose & Value and Professional Development. The honor follows NAVEX being named a 2023 Oregon and Southwest Washington Top Workplace by the Oregonian earlier this year.
