  • Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring defects, failed deployments and process gaps
  • Establish practical standards for release readiness, risk escalation and accountability across teams
  • Align stakeholders, resolve dependencies and drive initiatives from problem definition through adoption

What you’ll bring:

  • 7+ years’ experience in quality, DevOps, release management or related areas, with at least 5+ years in leadership/management roles
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a SaaS environment
  • Strong expertise in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
  • Solid understanding of enterprise SaaS applications, microservices, and cloud platforms (Preferred: AWS)
  • Proven experience in scaling automation, DevOps pipelines, release processes for large, distributed applications
  • Clear, direct communication and sound judgment when balancing speed, quality and operational risk
  • Experienced working in a globally distributed team in a remote-only environment
  • A track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives and influencing technical teams without direct authority
  • Hands-on problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex issues into clear priorities and actions
  • Experience using quality and delivery data to identify risks, guide decisions and measure results
  • Strong program management skills, with disciplined follow-through on milestones, dependencies and outcomes
