Amy is an international keynote speaker on Return on Character. Her audiences range from Fortune 250 executives to HR Councils. Prior to joining KRW, Amy spent over fifteen years working in culture change, leadership, and business development roles. Recently, she spent ten years in business development leadership with a high-growth Fortune 1000 education technology organization. As the organization grew 400 percent, her areas of expertise included sales strategy, cross-functional leadership, program/product development, direct marketing communications, process improvement, and sales training and development.
