Interpretations:

  • Subject matter

    • Live phone interpretation.
  • Nature of the processing

    • Live phone interpretation. There is no storage or remote access by interpreters. The call is not recorded nor transcribed by the interpreters.
  • Duration of the processing

    • Personal data transferred is processed for a relatively short period of time, to interpret the live phone call. The transfer is occasional and non-routine to interpreters on a per call basis.

Translations:

  • Subject matter

    • Claim report translation services.
  • Nature of the processing

    • Claim report translation services. There is no persistent storage or access by translators nor the translation providers. The processing by the individual translators is limited to the performance of the translation of the given claim.
  • Duration of the processing

    • Personal data transferred is processed for a relatively short period of time, to translate the report. The transfer is occasional and non-routine to translators on a per report basis. Claims are hosted with the translation provider for a relatively short period of time to provide the report to the applicable customer case management system.
