Position Summary:

The Senior Director, Healthcare Vertical Leader is a critical member of our Growth Team charged with spearheading our healthcare vertical growth ambitions and tasked with marshalling resources from across the company to achieve target performance.  As a vertical leader, you will be uniquely situated to work collaboratively with our marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams to focus their efforts behind your healthcare growth vision.

What You Will Do:

  • Drive the growth of NAVEX’s Healthcare vertical to achieve key targets 

  • Develop a winning Healthcare vertical strategy and plan, in collaboration with other Healthcare vertical team members, that will achieve target growth KPIs 

  • Execute your winning strategy by rallying Healthcare vertical focused teams across our go-to-market functions  

  • Partner with other functions to secure additional shared resources to support your growth plan 

  • Serve in an integrator capacity to coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure maximum impact of go-to-market efforts 

  • Consolidate Healthcare vertical product requirements and build compelling business cases to influence product management prioritization 

  • Maintain a rolling 4Q / 12M integrated go-to-market plan to create visibility and align teams around key initiatives, plays, campaigns, events, etc. 

  • Regularly assess performance across the full go-to-market lifecycle to identify areas of improvement and develop strategic initiatives and plans to address them; find areas of strength to build upon and create plans to investment and accelerate our advantages 

What You Will Need:

  • A Bachelors degree and prior work-related experience or equivalent

  • 10+ years of experience in a go-to-market function for Healthcare vertical preferably in the technology industry, having spent at least 7 those years in a leadership capacity

  • Experience selling into hospital regulatory compliance and/or quality management functions a plus 

  • Go-to-market leadership experience with accountability to deliver against commercial targets 

  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities, identify risks, and implement strategic plans to deliver targeted business outcomes

  • Exceptional collaboration skills with a strong track record working in a matrixed environment, successfully leading by influence, and partnering with other departments to achieve desired outcomes

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, and a commitment to engage and collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds

  • Each team member is required to have a career plan in place and reviewed with their manager after six months with our team.

  • The minimum starting pay range for this role is $160,000+ per annum with a 15% MBO.

  • Pay progression is based on performance.
