As our Director of Pricing & Growth, and a key member of our Product Management Team, you will work closely with our Chief Product Officer and Product Managers on growth strategies, execution and cross-company alignment in value delivery, monetization and pricing and packaging to drive incremental revenue for our risk and compliance solutions. A successful candidate will have strong business acumen, analytic skills and an inquisitive mind as you dive into the market to best understand industry standards and pricing strategies of our competitors to propel NAVEX further as the leader in our space.

What You Will Do:
Define, develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of pricing models, strategies and practices designed to maximize revenue, cross-sell, up-sell and customer long term value
Conduct and facilitate quantitative research and analysis to reveal customer behavioral insights to inform pricing and packaging
Identify opportunities to change pricing or packaging to increase value capture
Partner with Product Owners, Finance, Sales, Marketing, CSO and other key stakeholders to establish pricing programs and practices aligned with product strategy and revenue recognition requirements
Collaborate and promote best practices with Product Managers as they monitor the ongoing competitive environment and engage in continuous pricing and packaging efforts
Facilitate Pricing and Packaging Committee and maintain a record for Committee of all pricing decisions and rationale
Collaborate with finance to analyze and publish key business indicators associated with pricing decisions monthly to assess whether pricing changes had the desired impact
Develop best-practices and recommend ongoing improvements to existing Pricing and Packaging Committee and Deal Desk meetings
Lead periodic cross-product SKU and description of service audits and realignment to match current and intended business and product capability
What You Will Need:
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, preferably with a business emphasis, MBA a plus
Relative experience required to perform the key functions of the job
Experience analyzing profitability and growth for a software or SaaS provider is a must
Strong analytic skills and attention to detail
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a track record of fostering relationships and aligning teams across multiple departments
High tolerance of ambiguity, an openness to change, and a willingness to take informed risks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to collaborate and engage with people across a variety of levels with diverse background
