We are seeking a Partner Operations Manager to help build and grow the NAVEX Partner Program.  You’ll get experience in a fast-paced sales environment, collaborating often with Partners, Sales, Marketing, Operations (including Finance and Legal) and Product Management. You will own the creation of the partner enablement and certification program, operate Salesforce reporting and dashboards, maintain the budget and help drive successful outcomes that make an impact throughout NAVEX.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead the definition of the strategy for key partnerships initiatives such as creation of the partner enablement and certification program

  • Roll out the partner deal registration system, based on Salesforce.com technologies

  • You will be at the center of the definition and implementation of highly visible Partnerships initiatives and collaborate often with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Product Management, and have executive visibility

  • Coordinate and support our partner onboarding processes

  • Maintain accurate and current data inventory of partner activity such as contacts, referrals and pipeline and act as admin for partner presence on our CRM system, Salesforce.com

  • Regular and ad-hoc reporting of partner activity such as referrals, pipeline, sales productivity and relationship status

  • Work closely with the VP, Partners to establish partner program vision, objectives, metrics and support the annual planning process for partner program resource staffing, joint marketing activities, sales engagement, investment plans, and training / capability development plans

What You Will Need:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience 

  • 5+ years of experience in a partner/alliance operations role within the enterprise software or SaaS environment; industry experience desired 

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills - including top-down communications, prioritization and an eye for impact  

  • Solid track record of successfully building and maintaining relationships with Consulting firms, System Integrators and Enterprise VARs 

  • A self-motivated attitude and entrepreneurial spirit that has the ability to work independently and collaboratively to solve complex business challenges 

  • Ability to perform analytics to evaluate partner success and in support of the sales teams’ pipeline 

  • Ability to drive continuous improvement through process and change management 

  • Experience using Salesforce.com or equivalent; some PRM system experience is a plus 

  • Ability to travel as necessary (pending due to COVID) 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a commitment to engage and collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds

  • Each team member is required to have a career plan in place and reviewed with their manager after six months with our team.

  • The minimum starting pay range for this role is $83,000+ per annum.

  • Pay progression is based on performance.
