NAVEX is an industry leader providing a full suite of risk and compliance software products that make a positive impact in the world.  We have exciting plans to continue growing, and we’re looking for a driven, enthusiastic Partner Account Director to be part of this growth!

As our Partner Account Director, you will be responsible for assessing, prioritizing and driving strategic business through new and existing NAVEX Integrated Risk Management (IRM) partners and channels.  In this role, the contributions are high impact as you lead initiatives to build global alliances, partnerships and programs to drive growth in a dynamic environment.

What You Will Do:

  • Establish strategic business development initiatives alongside key stakeholders, sales, marketing, product development and engineering

  • Create and implement business development/growth plans designed to maintain and increase existing business and capture new opportunities through a variety of partners/channels

  • Identify, develop and cultivate new partner relationships while maintaining and growing current business relations

  • Manage internal partner programs and activities

  • Execute business development growth plans to achieve company’s profitability goals

  • Create partner facing and internal sales tools with marketing

  • Support and drive NAVEX IRM sales opportunities

What You Will Need:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and prior work-related experience or equivalent

  • 12+ years of demonstrated experience developing business relationships that drive strategic revenue and growth

  • Demonstrated experience successfully building partner programs and finding strategic partnerships that drive revenue

  • Experience with SaaS or software solutions across one or more vertical industry markets

  • A passion for integrated risk management

  • Strong business management and analytical skills

  • Familiarity with strategic selling, formal training or understanding of best practice models such as Miller Heiman, Solution Selling, SPIN or Challenger

  • Proficiency with CRM usage ( and Channeltivity a plus)

  • The ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines simultaneously

  • The ability to influence others based on your credibility, confidence and shared respect

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills and a commitment to engage and collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds
