Position Summary:

The Marketing Operations Manager is an exciting role for someone who enjoys managing the day-to-day execution of our marketing campaigns and ensuring that all operations activities are in line with our company’s mission and standards.   Working in our Marketing Operations department, you will ensure we craft and execute our global email calendar.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage campaign creation and execution 

  • Create email templates and segments 

  • Own email nurture strategy, creation, and reporting 

  • Post-mortem campaign reporting 

  • Analyze data, assess trends, and determine actions to optimize performance 

  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the data 

  • Manage and enhance relationships with vendors 

  • Coordinate various ad campaigns, events and other related activities 

What You Will Need:

  • 5+ years experience as a Marketing Operation Manager or similar role  

  • Understanding of marketing automation platforms; Marketo and Salesforce experience preferred  

  • Basic understanding of HTML a plus  

  • A natural curiosity to dig into new tools and learn new technologies  

  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic, iterative and deadline-driven environment  

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines simultaneously  

  • A data driven mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills  

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds
