As our Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will work closely with the Demand Generation, Corporate Marketing and Business Development teams in the execution of the company’s international marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will be to collaborate with the international marketing team to set-up and execute a wide range of marketing projects and bring them to life via email, digital, events, webinars and partner activities. You’ll be targeting senior business professionals at each stage of their buyer journey with attractive marketing content, while ensuring all projects are delivered on time and on brief.

What You Will Do:
Own end to end marketing campaigns for the EMEA/APAC region from design to implementation
Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring quality project management of multi-channel programmes within agreed deadlines
Regularly report on data insights into campaign performance and recommend improvements to future marketing programmes
Establish new campaign programmes to help support the overall goals of the demand generation team
Manage the NAVEX email marketing calendars, collaborate with external syndicators and work with the marketing operations team to support the development of nurture programmes with persona segmented campaigns
Support the planning and set-up of NAVEX virtual webinars and associated promotions
Create engaging, customer-friendly emails, newsletters and landing page copy
Be the key link between the marketing and business development (BDR) teams and provide the necessary campaign support and follow-up materials to help maximise sales pipeline
Support product marketing and sales teams with slide deck creation and localised content
Proactively communicate project and marketing updates to relevant stakeholders and groups
Manage the internal communication channels for interdepartmental updates, and undertake a small number of administrative functions
What You Will Need:
Degree educated or equivalent, marketing qualifications are a plus
2+ years of marketing experience working on marketing campaigns, email marketing, digital and event marketing and sales support, ideally with a B2B SaaS or technology company
Fluency in French, written and spoken
Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and be a true team player
Excellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and work within strict deadlines
Ability to write customer-centric marketing and promotional copy
A passion for learning and innovation, taking pride in the quality of your work
A confident communicator
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to engage and collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds
