Position Summary:
If you are an experienced, highly motivated and successful business development professional and want to further utilise your management skills, we have a great opportunity for you! As an engaged and motivated leader/coach, you will lead and develop a team of Business Development Representatives (BDR) critical to creating and driving pipeline and revenue. You will supervise the day-to-day business and create a successful and positive culture noted by exceptional individual and team performance and high morale.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to further hone your management skills and develop deep knowledge of the risk and compliance industry. Your impact as a leader on our BDR team will directly influence our revenue goals!

What You Will Do:
Recruit, train, motivate and coach a group of junior and senior BDRs in best practises for lead development and pre-sales, to include email, phone and chat using sales enablement tools to connect with new prospects and current customers
Propose, demonstrate and prove new best practises, pushing our team to greater impact
Ensure the effective use of Salesforce.com, documenting, tracking and monitoring all leads and activities as well as other related sales software’s
Acquire in depth knowledge of our full range of services and convey that knowledge to potential customers, adhering to company messaging and positioning
Motivate your team to generate qualified business leads by mentoring their cold calling efforts; helping them to engage with and develop prospects to be closed by the Sales team
Teach your team to utilise smart, targeted questions to speak knowledgeably with decision-makers
Compile weekly and monthly team reports, modifying as needed
What You Will Need:
A college education with an emphasis on business, communications or marketing preferred, not required
5+ years of successful business development, telemarketing, lead generation or sales experience
2+ years of successful lead gen, business development or sales leadership experience
Experience in EMEA/APAC markets
Highly motivated, self-starter with a proven track record of establishing and exceeding quotas and other measurable goals with demonstrated impact delivering high quality leads to Sales
Passion and energy to motivate others
A process-oriented approach and creative mindset
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentations skills and a commitment to collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds

Each team member is required to have a career plan in place and reviewed with their manager after six months with our team.
Pay progression is based on performance.
