What You Will Do:

• Design and develop flexible data solutions to meet ever-changing company needs

• Establish and maintain a report center for dissemination of standard dashboards, key performance indicators, trending, history, etc.

• Configure and maintain “Golden Datasets” used by the business to drive intelligent decision making

• Develop and maintain scalable data cleansing and normalization automation

• Partner and communicate effectively with all corporate business lines

• Configure and maintain integrations to and from our business intelligence platform

• Educate analysts on content and use of core datasets

• Assist analysts with data visualization within our business intelligence platform

• Update source applications, such as Salesforce, to promote data visualization

• Confidently and persuasively present findings to both technical and business stakeholders, anticipating and managing questions

What You Will Need:

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

• 5+ years of experience in the Business Intelligence / Data Analytics field

• Experience cleaning and manipulating large data sets to identify insights

• Expertise in data modeling for BI, including data integrations

• Hands-on experience with iPaaS technologies (i.e. Jitterbit), Salesforce Tableau CRM and/or programming languages (JSON, JavaScript, SAQL) would be a plus

• Ability to deliver on a vision of centralized business intelligence

• Knowledge of statistics and experience with reporting packages and tools

• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new tools based on conceptual understanding of technology

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills and a commitment to collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds
