Position Summary:
As our Brand Marketing Specialist, you will work with colleagues in Events, Content and PR across EMEA and APAC to provide marketing support and relationship management. This position’s principal internal customer will be the corporate marketing and demand generation teams, with the objective to build reputation and consideration, and drive customer/prospect interest through tailored corporate messaging and events.
The ideal candidate will be a great communicator, natural relationship builder and an experienced marketer with experience working within an international marketing team to execute events and corporate marketing messaging. You will need to be confident at adapting existing materials and creating targeted content for audiences across different countries and languages. The ability to optimise messaging appropriately for use at events as well as across the wider mix of marketing channels, with consideration for sector and country-specific needs, will directly influence your success.
Finally, the candidate should be comfortable collaborating across marketing teams such as: design, product, demand generation, corporate marketing & PR, and operations to ensure highest quality output, brand consistency and cost efficiency.

What You Will Do:
Regularly coordinate and produce various content types for online and offline consumption, including event materials, web copy and social media content
Think creatively to develop innovative ways to engage audiences in the UK, Europe and beyond across digital and physical channels such as events
Provide support to the wider team in the management of suppliers such as event companies and marketing agencies to develop joint plans and opportunities for building the NAVEX brand and reputation across key audiences
Work cross-functionally with other Marketing groups to support specific initiatives to distinct market segments and geographies
Effectively use data-driven insights to test, refine and prove event performance
What You Will Need:
2+ years of experience in corporate marketing
Experience creating compelling marketing messaging and an understanding of how to create content that draws the attention of the target audience
Proven track record in event execution
Expertise in all major business software applications (Microsoft Office, etc.) and basic social media skills with the appetite to learn more
An outstanding command of the English language; native-speaker, standard of written German or French language would also be desirable
Excellent organisational, project management and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
Comfort in dealing with interpretation of data and statistical insights for marketing purposes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentations skills and a commitment to engage and collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds
